Return and Refund Policy

We want every family to love the toys we create and producing these toys take time, we have a few guidelines to ensure we can continue creating meaningful pieces for the family.

Returns/Refunds

Returns or refunds must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to poramaradahlia@gmail.com for review.  Approved returns will receive store credit if returned in perfect condition and customer will provide shipping fees for the returned item. 

Damaged/Defective

If your order arrives damaged or defective please submit within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and a shipping label will be provided.  Once the item is received a replacement will be provided if product is in stock or a full refund.
