Shipping Policy

As a family-run business, each toy is carefully prepared with love and attention.  Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.  During busy periods processing make take a little longer.  If that happens, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Once your toy leaves our warehouse, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the shipping carrier.  If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
